When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your products to be shipped. You can expect them to arrive in 2-5 days after that if you are local in British Columbia, and within 5-14 days anywhere else in Canada. Due to the nature of our business, there may be some minor delays.
Returns / Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our candles, as well as our other products, we do not process returns or refunds. If a product is damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged product to
info@cloveandquartz.com within 4 days of arrival and we will replace the product.
