When will my order arrive?
Please allow 3-5 business days for your products to be shipped. You can expect them to arrive in 2-5 days after that if you are local in British Columbia, and within 5-14 days anywhere else in Canada. Due to the nature of our business, there may be some minor delays.
Due to the nature of our candles, as well as our other products, we do not process returns or refunds. If a product is damaged in transit, please send a photo of the damaged product to info@cloveandquartz.com within 4 days of arrival and we will replace the product.
